This emergency patient came to me because  the upper left central incisor post/crown dislodged The restoration was useless and I recommended placing a carbon fiber post/core and fabricating a temporary crown. Unfortunately  this  gentleman from Argentina could not afford my fee so we merely re-cemented his defective restoration indicating that this would fail again. Regarding his implant dentistry, he said he paid about $ 200.00 per implant. If you read a book on how to perform bad implant dentistry, this would be the clinical example.
